Inventory intelligence across 6 stores

Every Monday the owner rebuilt reorder spreadsheets by hand. Stockouts on high-velocity SKUs were happening weekly in three locations, and surplus on slow movers was absorbing ~$40k of working capital at any given moment. No shared view between store managers and the back office.

Built a single operations console on top of their existing POS (Square) and two supplier portals. The dashboard forecasts reorder quantities per SKU per location using trailing velocity, auto-drafts purchase orders, and routes them to managers for single-tap approval. Stockout alerts fire in Slack before shelves empty.
